Slot Missions in Hogwarts

Slot missions are an excellent way to earn gear weapons, gear and more. They're hard to complete.

Concealed Weapon Slot

As players advance through challenges and unlock new Mission Mastery levels, these options for planning increase. This allows players the ability to create the perfect mission for every challenge.

Gear Slot

The game's beginning players will notice that their gear slots rapidly become full, resulting in the common "Your Gear Slots are full" message, which blocks Max from acquiring new equipment until the old items are cleared or more space is found. The solution to this problem is the Hogwarts Legacy Merlin Trials which provide more inventory space in exchange for fulfilling challenges. Since many of these challenges could be not completed and are scattered across the globe, it might take a while to get the most inventory slots in the game.

Five Gear 3D slots can be filled with up to five different types of gear. These must be selected from the Gear Selection menu before a Break-In can begin. Each gear item (except for the Pistol) is a part of one Gear Slot, while a grouping of similar items (such as the grouping of Grenades) only takes up one Gear Slot.

Agency Pickups

As you advance through the Mission Mastery levels you unlock various agency pickups that are on the map. These locations let you keep items that aren't suitable in your concealed weapon or gear slot, and take them out later.

These pickups are especially useful if you have to pass through a frisk later in the game or if you're carrying a weapon that could otherwise be suspect. But, you are only able to hide one item per game at an agency pickup location.

This DLC adds new contracts for security and asset protection to the agency. Contact the receptionist at the agency and stock up on snacks and other items. Once you have reached the marker for your mission, identify a mob when you arrive.
